Deposit Amount

Use this to deposit money for a custom event. This is not a deposit for any of the packages offered.

 

Payment Terms

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve an appointment, class, session, or event. Final payment of the remaining balance is due on the day of service or the first day of class. If paid in full, a partial refund of 80% of the total cost is refundable up to 48 hours prior to the appointment, class, session, or event. If Da Makeup Studio™ is unable to provide you with service, a full refund, including the deposit, will be issued. 

Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours prior to the appointment, class, session, or event. To reschedule, call 469-464-8001 as soon as possible
to avoid being billed as a cancelation. Appointments can be rescheduled up to 2 times without penalty. If rescheduled a 3rd time, a 10% fee will be charged on the total amount. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.

Cancelation Policy

Client Cancelations within 48 hours will be billed for the remaining balance of the service. The balance will be due 30 days after the date of the canceled event. Please contact us as soon as possible If extenuating conditions exist. Da Makeup Studio™ reserves the right to waive the cancelation fee on a case-by-case basis. If Da Makeup Studio™ is unable to provide you with service, a full refund, including the deposit, will be issued.

By reserving you agree to inform us prior to your event of any allergies, skin conditions, or sensitivitys that you or any member of your group may have. DA Makeup Studio™ is not liable for any adverse reactions.
